Student news: Chad Smith

Chad Smith recently graduated from pharmacy school at Creighton University, Omaha, Neb., earning a Master of Business Administration degree as well as a Doctorate of Pharmacy.

Smith received the APhA-ASP Senior recognition certificate, which is given to a graduating senior who has made the greatest contribution to Creighton's American Pharmacists Association Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhAASP). He was president of the Creighton chapter of APhA-ASP.

Smith also had the honor of being chosen to be the speaker at the hooding ceremony for the pharmacy class.

He will begin a two-year residency at St. Luke's, Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee.

Smith is a 2000 graduate of Plymouth High School, and 2004 graduate of Marquette University, Milwaukee.

He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. David Smith of Elkhart Lake and husband to Ashley Smith of Milwaukee.
