The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Alicia M. Stoller, 20, 12307 Lax Chapel Road, Kiel. $499.91, five days’ local jail, and one-year probation for retail theft, June 4, 2009. After a Target Asset Protection manager discovered empty merchandise boxes for two Wii games, he began viewing in-store video recordings and noticed a known theft subject, along with an accomplice, selecting the packages and going to a different aisle. He watched as one of the females emptied the boxes and Stoller concealed them in an oversized purse.

Kristi L. Isaacson, 20, W355 Old Seymour Road, Oneida. $499.91, five days’ local jail, and one-year probation for retail theft, June 4, 2009. Heather M. Godeman, 29, 1220 Union Ave., Sheboygan. $236 and two days’ local jail for operating while revoked – second offense, May 10, 2008.

James R. Stib, 26, 320 Center Ave., Oostburg. $110 and 90 days’ local jail for resisting/failing to stop/fleeing, June 8, 2009. Gary J. Brandt, 37, 1226 Kensington Ave., Plymouth. $916, five days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, March 19, 2009.
