Craig L. Huebschmann, 34, 84 Wisconsin St., Sheboygan Falls. $979, 20 days’ local jail, and 14-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, April 18, 2009.

Kendrick L. Williams, 38, 1105A N. 12th St., Sheboygan. $752.70 for possession of marijuana and operating without carrying a license, Dec. 17, 2008.

Roy W. Reise, 45, 2250A Calumet Dr., Sheboygan. $1,102.90 and three years’ probation for three counts of felony misappropriate identification to obtain money, Feb. 14 to Feb. 16, 2009. Reise obtained a stolen ATM card and PIN number from his son and used it to make several withdrawals for cash at a local credit union. Reise’s son also used the same card to make withdrawals.

Jose F. Gonzalez, 31, 2913 S. 11th St., Sheboygan. $233.40, two years’ probation, and six-month driver’s license suspension for felony possession of narcotic drugs, Dec. 31, 2007.

Blake T. Bennett, 28, 918 N. Fourth St., Sheboygan. $614 and 30 days’ local jail, with work release, for operating while revoked – third offense, Feb. 5, 2009.

Michael S. Diekow, 40, 929 Mockingbird Lane, Plymouth. $60 and 80 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from disorderly conduct, March 21, 2008.

Juan P. Lopez, 25, 1708 N. 12th St., Sheboygan. $550.74 and 24-month probation for felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm, March 15, 2009.

Jaime M. Peterson, 22, 511 Wisconsin St. C, Adell. $210, five days’ local jail, and 25 hours’ community service for disorderly conduct – domestic abuse, March 8, 2009.

Justin L. Paarmann, 21, 2128 N. Ninth St., Sheboygan. $110 and 45 days’ local jail, with work release, for resisting/obstructing an officer, March 21, 2009.

Robert M. Kaufert, 44, W5513 County Road SS, Random Lake. $110 and 15 days’ local jail for bail jumping, Feb. 21, 2009. $110 and 15 days’ local jail for bail jumping, Feb. 24, 2009.

Holly M. Pospichal, 23, 914 Broadway Ave., Sheboygan. $916, five days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, Feb. 5, 2009.

Joseph A. Mendez, 19, 1923 Indiana Ave. B, Sheboygan. $425 and eight days’ local jail, with work release, for operating while revoked – second offense, Aug. 3, 2008.

Nicolas P. Souvannasot, 18, 2001 N. 15th St., Sheboygan. $50 and five months’ local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from battery, July 31, 2008.

Ashley S. Howard, 31, 1304 S. Ninth St., Sheboygan. $21.92 and 20 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from disorderly conduct – domestic abuse, Jan. 16, 2009.

Bradley A. Malwitz, 39, N1449 Bates Road, Random Lake. $1,398, 75 days’ local jail, with work release, and 24-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fourth offense, Jan. 17, 2009.

Brandon M. Harris, 25, 1641 N. 11th St., Sheboygan. $425 and five days’ local jail for operating while revoked – second offense, May 28, 2008.

Maid Dusinovic, 22, 3990 Pine Bluff Drive, Sheboygan. $116.40 and seven months and 15 days’ local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from resisting/obstructing an officer and battery, Nov. 8, 2008.

Kent B. Augustson, 51, 3205 Limerick Lane, Sheboygan. $1,606 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, March 21, 2009.

Paul S. Zaka, 19, 2526 S. Eighth St., Sheboygan. $120 and 10 days’ local jail, with work release, for criminal damage to property. Zaka and two friends entered a music studio on the evening of April 16, 2009. They became highly intoxicated and Zaka damaged a wall by punching it numerous times. Zaka left the studio, but the others were found sleeping inside the next morning.
