Cheese Capital Cook-off & Tax Relief Raffle Winners
Cheese Capital Cook-Off 2009 Title Winner – Antoinette’s.
The Cheese Capital Cook-off, sponsored by Sartori Foods, was held at The Plymouth Medical Plaza during Mill Street Festival on July 11. Five Chamber member restaurants participated: Antoinette’s, DeO’Malley’s Pizza Pub, 52 Stafford, Final Approach Steakhouse, and Noel & Victoria’s Depot Steakhouse.
Judges for the event were: Steve Tittl, Sartori Foods; Jennifer Weber, Sartori Foods; Richard Baumann, cookbook author and cooking-show host; Cheryl O’Brien, Alice In Dairyland; Laura Rortvedt, Sheboygan County Fairest of Fair and Marlene Kammann, Dairy Ambassador for Sheboygan County Dairy Promotions Association.
All dishes were made using SartoriFoods cheese and the judges had a difficult – but tasty – decision to make.

Her award-winning entrée was Mini Chicken Pesto Calzones and Parmesan Cheese Basket.
