SHEBOYGAN COUNTY SHERIFF’S deputies and federal marshals confer on Mill Street in downtown Plymouth Thursday during a major drug bust that resulted in the arrest some two dozen people and felony cocaine delivery charges against a total of 26 people, some of whom are still at large.
Among those arrested were Plymouth resident Amy Papendieck, 43, 31-A E. Mill St. (charged with delivery of one gram or less of cocaine); Sharrea J. Colleran, 23, N1442 State 28, Adell (deliver of one gram or less of cocaine); Tera L. Goodrich, 22, 238 Forest Blvd., Sheboygan Falls (delivery of one gram or less of cocaine); 20 city of Sheboygan residents and 1 Milwaukee resident. Charges have also been filed against two city of Sheboygan residents who are still at large.
A 20-month investigation, led by the Sheboygan County Multi-Jurisdictional Enforcement Group with the assistance of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the Wisconsin Department of Justice, uncovered a cocaine ring that brought at least 20 kilos of cocaine, with a street value of at least $600,000, into the county from Chicago over the last two years. The cocaine was distributed by a system of street-level dealers.
