When an off-duty police officer heard loud crashing noises outside of his home, he looked out and saw two males standing around his car. The officer went outside and saw extensive damage to his vehicle. He identified himself as a police officer and the males attempted to walk off as the officer ordered them several times to sit on the ground. Eventually, Weimann reached for the officer’s gun and got hold of it, but the officer was able to pull it away. When asked why they damaged the officer’s car, they said they were drunk and being stupid. Weimann admitted to jumping on the vehicle from the back area and then climbing to the roof, which was extensively caved in, and then sliding down the front of the vehicle.
