The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Emmanuel M. Campuzano, 21, 1128A Geele Ave., Sheboygan. $151.40 and three months local jail for felony forgery/uttering, Sept. 15, 2008. Campuzano stole a financial aid check out of a neighbor’s mailbox, forged the signature, and cashed the check.

Duane L. Joosse, 38, 109 Mill St., Sheboygan Falls. $50 and 60 days local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from resisting/obstructing an officer, Oct. 3, 2008.

Christine M. Schmitt, 40, 1650 S. 17th St., Sheboygan. $803 for operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, March 30, 2009.

Lindsey J. Mentink, 29, W3665 County G, Cedar Grove. $916, five days local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, Oct. 3, 2008.

Bradley A. Struve, 21, 612 N. Milwaukee St. 1B, Plymouth. Three years state prison and three years extended supervision after revocation of probation – charges stemming from four counts of felony armed robbery with use of force, Jan. 14, 2007.

$50 and four months local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from possession of marijuana – repeat offender, Nov. 8, 2007.

Regina Darlene Cross, 44, 19718 Reichardt Rd., Kiel. $817.50 and one year driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – first offense, Feb. 11, 2009.

Brandon J. Weimann, 25, 3901 Heather Valley Rd. 302, Sheboygan. $1,461.80 and 24-month probation for felony criminal damage to property and resisting/obstructing an officer, April 19, 2009. When an off-duty police officer heard loud crashing noises outside of his home, he looked out and saw two males standing around his car. The officer went outside and saw extensive damage to his vehicle. He identified himself as a police officer and the males attempted to walk off as the officer ordered them several times to sit on the ground. Eventually, Weimann reached for the officer’s gun and got hold of it, but the officer was able to pull it away. When asked why they damaged the officer’s car, they said they were drunk and being stupid. Weimann admitted to jumping on the vehicle from the back area and then climbing to the roof, which was extensively caved in, and then sliding down the front of the vehicle. Other officers arrived and Weimann was told he was under arrest – after refusing to cooperate, he was lasered twice.

Andrew Dahmer, Jr., 67, N6301 N. 61st St., Sheboygan. $1,606 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, June 13, 2009.

Nathan S. Manderle, 19, 406 W. Water St., Cascade. $126 and five months local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from one count of fourth degree sexual assault and two counts of sex with a child age 16 or older, Nov. 1, Dec. 1, and Dec. 25, 2008.

$50 and three months local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from operating a vehicle without owner’s consent – passenger, Oct. 1, 2008.

Matthew Scott Jones, 40, 2905 138th St., West Rosemont, MN. $803 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – first offense, Feb. 18, 2009.

$1,212 for failure to yield right-of-way while making left turn and operating a commercial motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration of .10 or more, March 11, 2009.

Jason L. Snipes, 32, 915A Kentucky Ave., Sheboygan. $2,751, 150 days local jail, with work release, and 28-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fourth offense, March 5, 2009.

Joshua A. Roska, 28, 5204 N. Goose Gap, Benton City, WA. $1,606 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, May 12, 2009.

Charles P. Parra, 53, 1241 Audobon Road, Howards Grove. $1,606 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration – first offense, April 8, 2009.

Kenneth J. Keenan, 47, 401 E. Mill St. 1, Plymouth. $365 and two days local jail for disorderly conduct, June 14, 2009.

Joel Golpe Albanil, 35, 307 Madison Ave., Cascade. $362 and five days local jail, with work release, for operating after revocation (1st – Rev. due to OWI/PAC), Feb. 5, 2009.

Floyd L. Hooks, 32, 1535 N. 12th St. 2A, Sheboygan. $686.25, 60 days local jail, with work release, and six-month driver’s license suspension for felony possession of marijuana – second offense, March 24, 2009.
