Elizabeth E. Reinert,
31, 413 Erie Ave., Sheboygan. $122 and 10 days’ local jail, with work release, for theft. While Reinert was a patient at Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center, she was caught by a nurse stealing several medical items out of her room – one item taken was a Temporal scanner thermometer, valued at $250. Police responded to the report of theft and found the stolen items in Reinert’s backpack while she was still on hospital grounds.
$50 and 60 days’ local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from obtaining prescription drugs by fraud, Nov. 21, 2008.
Gina M. Ingram,
28, 1507 N. 19th St., Sheboygan. $123 and two years’ probation for felony theft, July 11, 2008. Ingram was involved in a fraud scam, along with others, where the individuals forged and cashed checks at area banks.
Kevin Burt,
44, 807 Chicago St., Sheboygan Falls. $949.80 and 18 months’ probation for three counts of resisting/ obstructing an officer, Oct. 3, 2008.
Jesse L. Nytes,
26, W3378 County N, Sheboygan Falls. $979, 10 days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, Dec. 28, 2008.
Jacob DM Huenink,
18, W4381 Church Road, Waldo. $1,635 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration – first offense, July 10, 2009.
Kenneth M. Kruse,
50, 1425 Bluff Ave., Sheboygan. $100 and five days’ local jail, with work release, for operating after revocation (first revocation due to OWI/PAC), March 16, 2009.
