Circuit Court Report 8-22

The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

James R. Graubner, 40, 803 N. 37th St., Sheboygan. $284.20 and one year and two months state prison for felony aggravated battery. On April 4, 2009, Graubner got into an argument with his brother at their home. Graubner stabbed his brother several times in his back, shoulder, and head. Graubner’s brother originally told police that the suspect was another male, but after investigating, detectives discovered it was Graubner who committed the stabbings.

Terry L. Armstrong, 54, Sheboygan. One year, nine months, and 24 days prison after revocation of extended supervision – charges stemming from manufacture/ deliver cocaine and manufacture/deliver cocaine on or near a park – felony, May 21, 2004.

Bonnie J. Brezonik, 53, 1205 Pershing Ave., Sheboygan. $1,231, 30 days local jail, with work release, 24-month driver’s license revocation, and 24-month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – third offense, Dec. 23, 2008.

Juan I. Mares, 29, 1324A S. 12th St., Sheboygan. $425 and five days local jail, with work release, for operating while revoked – second offense, July 20, 2008.

Toua Lee, 25, 1434 New Jersey Ave., Sheboygan. $614, 60 days local jail, with work release, and six months driver’s license revocation for operating while revoked – fourth offense, April 16, 2009,.

Trent A. Graubner, 35, 1026A S. 14th St., Manitowoc. $110 and 120 days local jail, with work release, for battery – repeat offender, April 29, 2009.

Kristin M. Gartman, 19, 3714 S. 12th Place, Sheboygan., $50 and 20 days local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from possession of controlled substance, Nov. 26, 2008.

Jeffrey J. Rothering, 40, 1420 S. 12th St., Sheboygan. $210 and eight days local jail, with work release, for disorderly conduct, domestic violence offense - repeater, June 21, 2009.

Dustin S. Lecher, 20, 219½ Collins St., Plymouth. $110 and 10 days local jail for resisting/obstructing an officer, May 25, 2009.

Anthony P. Woveras, 29, W1037 County FF, Haven. $1,445, six months local jail, 24-month driver’s license revocation, and 24- month ignition interlock for felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fifth of sixth offense, Aug. 28, 2008.

Jason L. Snipes, 32, 915A Kentucky Ave., Sheboygan. $2,751, 150 days local jail, with work release, and 28-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fourth offense, March 5, 2009.

Matthew Scott Jones, 40, 2905 138th St., W. Rosemount, MN. $803 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – first offense, Feb. 18, 2009.

Joshua A. Roska, 28, 5204 N. Goose Gap, Benton City, WA. $1,606 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, May 12, 2009.

Charles P. Parra, 53, 1241 Audobon Rd., Howards Grove. $1,606 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration – first offense, April 8, 2009.

Kenneth J. Keenan, 47, 401 E. Mill St. 1, Plymouth. $365 and two days local jail for disorderly conduct, June 14, 2009.

Joel Golpe Albanil, 35, 307 Madison Ave., Cascade. $362 and five days local jail, with work release, for operating after revocation (1st Rev. due to OWI/PAC), Feb. 5, 2009.

Floyd L. Hooks, 32, 1535 N. 12th St. 2A, Sheboygan. $686.25, 60 days local jail, with work release, and six-month driver’s license suspension for possession of marijuana – second offense, felony, March 24, 2009.
