James R. Graubner,
40, 803 N. 37th St., Sheboygan. $284.20 and one year and two months state prison for felony aggravated battery. On April 4, 2009, Graubner got into an argument with his brother at their home. Graubner stabbed his brother several times in his back, shoulder, and head. Graubner’s brother originally told police that the suspect was another male, but after investigating, detectives discovered it was Graubner who committed the stabbings.
