Circuit Court Report – Aug. 31

The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Travis Hebert, 39, 1420B S. 12th St., Sheboygan. Two years’ state prison, two years’ extended supervision, and six-month driver’s license suspension for felony manufacture/deliver cocaine and felony possession, with intent to deliver/distribute controlled substance on or near a school, Jan. 29, 2007.

Dean J. Crimmins, 42, 228 Lincoln Ave., Sheboygan. $3,547 and three years’ probation for felony forgery-uttering, May 31, 2009. Crimmins stole checks, forged them, and cashed them at area businesses until one clerk became suspicious and called the bank. The clerk learned from the bank that the checking account was closed and called police. One business cashed four checks for Crimmins, totaling $2,770, for which they were not able to collect.

Six months’ state prison after revocation of extended supervision – charges stemming from two counts of failure to support child – felony.

Israel Gutierrez, 25, 2016 N. 18th St., Sheboygan. $1,178.40, and nine months’ local jail for battery and two counts of resisting/obstructing an officer, Aug. 9, 2008.

Daniel Sippel, 20, 44 Cherry Lane, Plymouth. $255.50, 30 days’ local jail, and two years’ probation for burglary to building or dwelling – felony offense. On March 24, 2009, Sippel and another Plymouth male stole several items from the Ace Rental Station store in Plymouth. The two males then borrowed a car and drove to Oshkosh where they sold the items to a pawnshop – they used the money to purchase alcohol and drugs.

Travelle Wilks, 25, 4435 Lilac Court 201, Sheboygan. $1,018 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating while suspended, July 9, 2009.

Kenneth M. Kruse, 50, 1425 Bluff Ave., Sheboygan. $1,231, 35 days’ local jail, 24-month driver’s license revocation, and 24- month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – third offense, Jan. 29, 2009.

Greg R. Carlson, 53, 1946A N. Ninth St., Sheboygan. $110 and three days’ local jail for bail jumping, April 1, 2009.

$2,741, 80 days’ local jail, with work release, and 28-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – third offense, Feb. 10, 2009.

Timothy C. Landers III, 27, 4320 N. 84th St. 4, Milwaukee. $236 and five days’ local jail, with work release, for operating a vehicle while revoked – second offense, Sept. 13, 2008.
