Circuit Court Report – Sept. 2

The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Ryan D. Wassilus, 20, 560 Clark St., Cascade. $50 and five months’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, Oct. 1, 2008.

$114.71, five months and 30 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from criminal damage to property and possession of drug paraphernalia, Jan. 29, 2009 and Feb. 1, 2009.

Benjamin J. Carlson, 25, 2711 S. Ninth St., Sheboygan. $88 and four months and 15 days’ local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from criminal trespass to dwelling and battery, Jan. 22, 2008.

Travis D. Breitzman, 27, 828 Ann Court, Plymouth. $504, two years and six months’ prison, two years and six months’ extended supervision, and six months’ driver’s license suspension for possession, with intent to deliver, narcotics – felony, and three counts of felony manufacture/deliver schedule I and II narcotics, March 26, April 1, and April 13, 2009. The Sheboygan County MEG Unit began surveillance on Breitzman in March of 2009 for suspected drug dealing involving Oxycodone. Drug buys were set up with a confidential informant on three different occasions where Breitzman either drove or walked to an agreed upon location and delivered Oxycodone to the informant. One buy was conducted just outside of Breitzman’s apartment. Officers had the areas under surveillance during each buy and some were videotaped. A search of his apartment was conducted April 21, 2009, and officers found many illegal prescription drugs, narcotics, drug paraphernalia, drug ledgers, and items consistent with packaging drugs for sale. Breitzman was not home at the time of the search, but was later arrested after a traffic stop.
