An enchanted evening awaits area couples
by Jeff Pederson Of The Review Staff
The third annual Sheboygan Falls Chamber-Main Street Date Nite is set to give couples an opportunity to “Turn an Ordinary Thursday Night into an Enchanted Evening.”
The romance-themed event will hit downtown Sheboygan Falls Thursday, Sept. 10, from 5-9 p.m. Several special events and activities have been slated to provide for a night of romance, fun and relaxation.
Stardust Limousine will offer limo rides through the downtown area, from 5-8 p.m. The limo route will run in a continuous loop from Troy Laundry to Rick’s House of Flowers to Settlers Park.
For couples wishing to capture the moment with a photograph, Lorrie Wilson of Wally’s Studio will be taking pictures at the Settlers Park gazebo throughout the night.
In addition, the Sheboygan Falls High School Jazz Band will perform on the Richardson Furniture Emporium patio.
An expanded sweetheart raffle is also on tap this year. The raffle features two overnight packages and other romance-themed items.
The local business community will be putting their best foot forward, with a wide variety of dinner-fortwo and drink specials offered at several downtown restaurants.
Other businesses will feature his-and-hers salon services, sales and featured items, complimentary treats, in-store drawings and wine tasting.
