Her paternal grandfather, Roland “Bud” Dean Falk, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday, Sept. 12, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Port Washington with the Rev. Martin Wildauer, pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenbush Cemetery in the town of Greenbush.

The family would like to thank MCFI (Milwaukee Center for Independence), where Lexi had
pediatric special care, speech therapy, and physical therapy, for the past four years. Not only has the
MCFI cared for the individual needs for Lexi, but Chris Boyce, the director, and the staff also
continued to care for the needs of Lexi’s entire family, whatever situation that arose. The family
would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, UW-Madison,
the Mayo Clinic and Fairview Hospital, both of Minnesota, for the wonderful care and compassion
shown to Lexi.
An outpouring of support has continued to be shown for Lexi’s family from outside sources
including their church, friends, family members and special individuals from out of town including
the Faheys, and the Trotters.
