THOMAS R. FULLER
Thomas R. Fuller, age 66, of 203 Madison Ave., Cascade, Wis., passed away early Tuesday morning, Sept. 8, 2009, at St. Luke's Memorial Medical Center in Milwaukee where he had been a patient for the last four days.
Tom was born Oct. 26, 1942 in La Crosse, Wis., a son of the late Royce and Gwendolyn Howard Fuller. He graduated from Waldo High School in 1960.
On Aug. 31, 1963, he married Carol Vanderkin at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cascade. The couple have resided in Cascade since their marriage.
He was employed as an auto body shop foreman for 41 years at Joe Van Horn Chevrolet in Plymouth, before retiring in 2002.
Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodcutting, wine making, spending time at his cottage in Crandon and spending time outdoors. He could fix anything that was broken.
Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years, Carol of Cascade; three children: Michael (Julie) Fuller of Sheboygan, Lisa (Joseph) Hill of Cascade and Linda (Stephen) Bates of Johnsburg, Ill.; 11 grandchildren: Brandon Voigt of Sheboygan, Kayla Depies of Sheboygan Falls, Cody Fuller of Sheboygan, Rebecca (Neal) Kelling of Batavia, Shaun Sippel of Ladysmith, Wis., Jennifer Sippel of Cascade, Allyssa Hill of Cascade and Andrew, Anthoni, Alexandrea and Anastasia Bates of Johnsburg, Ill.; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy (Michael) Sweet of Naperville, Ill., and Peggy Cavataio of Hales Corners; three brothers: Kenneth (Dorothy) Fuller of Saukville, Paul (Betty) Fuller of Sheboygan Falls and Richard (Margarite) Fuller of Plymouth; one brother-in-law, Robert (Edith) Vanderkin of Plymouth; two sisters-in-law, Bernice Melius of Batavia and Beverly (Oliver) Hinz of Adell; and also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was also preceded in death by his mother- and father-in-law, Arthur and Alice Vanderkin.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. The Rev. Jeremy Deaner, pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church in Waldo, will officiate. Cremation will follow the services.
Friends may call at Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth from 3 p.m. Friday until the time of services.
