Matthew E. Daane, 18, W2749 Huibregtse Lane, Sheboygan Falls. $249 for underage consumption of alcohol – Dec. 21, 2008.

Lew G. Kaat, 48, 1015 Bluff Ave., Sheboygan. $3,463.80 and 290 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from operating a vehicle without owner’s consent and operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fourth offense, Oct. 23, 2004.

Cordelia S. Galicia-Rodriguez, 27, 1346 Carl Ave., Sheboygan. $267.50 and five days’ local jail for operating while revoked – third offense, April 8, 2009.

Kevin C. Hemb, 39, 3806 Mueller Road, Sheboygan. $1,635 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, July 12, 2009.

Donald M. Batt Jr., 33, 1311A S. Eighth St., Sheboygan. $183 and three days’ local jail for criminal damage to property, June 20, 2009.

Jason R. Halverson, 29, 1559 N. 15th St., Sheboygan. $208, two years’ probation, and 30 days’ local jail for retail theft and intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child – repeat offender. On May 5, 2009, the Sheboygan Police were called to Rogan’s Shoes, located at 649 S. Taylor Drive. The store manager informed them that Halverson was in the store with a boy who seemed to be about 5 years old and was trying on a pair of Nike shoes. When they exited the store, the alarm was activated. Employees attempted to stop the two, but they kept walking and went into a vehicle. Employees approached the vehicle and saw two pairs of shoes inside, but Halverson drove off after a brief conversation. Police later found Halverson and the boy at his residence; he then admitted to stealing the two pairs of shoes.
