Kale M. Zimmerman,
27, 1536D N. 35th St., Sheboygan. $173 and four days local jail, with work release, for operating while revoked – second offense, April 30, 2009.
Shane M. Etzel,
20, 423 Western Ave., Plymouth. $131.60 and six months local jail for receiving stolen property, July 18, 2008.
Timothy J. Gahagan, Jr.,
23, 1733 N. 10th St., Sheboygan. $575.81 and six months local jail, with work release, for battery – habitual criminality, May 15, 2009. When Gahagan arrived intoxicated at a cookout on North 10th Street, he became angry at another man and started a fight – he used a beer bottle and a skateboard to assault the victim, who fell unconscious to the ground. The victim suffered a concussion and laceration requiring six stitches.
Timothy W. Wieberdink,
48, 2748 N. 10th St., Sheboygan. $817.50 for operating a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration, Aug. 27, 2009.
Toby D. Corson,
39, 611 N. Water St. 404, Sheboygan. $3,101, 120 days local jail, with work release, 36-month driver’s license revocation, and 48-month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – third offense, and hit and run involving injury, Feb. 14, 2009.
James WT Hartenstein,
23, N2798 Silver Creek Cascade Rd., Cascade. $1,606 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, Jan. 10, 2009.
Rudolph J. Benirschke,
18, 701 S. 15th St., Sheboygan. $672.37, $2,457.72 restitution, and three years probation for three counts of theft of movable property and one count of felony burglary, April 4, April 9 and April 10, 2009. Sheboygan Police investigated several home and car thefts throughout Sheboygan and in an interview with Benirschke, he admitted to committing about 400 car entries taking money, purses, credit cards, and various electronics. Benirschke and another Sheboygan male committed the acts together and also were involved in some home thefts where they stole TVs, jewelry, a laptop and other electronics. Their spree began on March 14 and lasted for over a month, according to the criminal complaint.
