One year state prison for felony sex registry violation – repeat offender, Feb. 9, 2007 – May 3, 2007. Konaha moved from his North Fifth Street address and failed to inform the sex offender registry program.
Two years state prison after revocation of probation – charges stemming from felony forgery/uttering, March 20, 2007.
$192.20, one year state prison and one year extended supervision for sex registry violation – felony, Nov. 11, 2008. On Aug. 9, 2008, Konaha was released from the Sheboygan County Detention Center and absconded from the Department of Corrections supervision. He failed to notify the Wisconsin Department of Corrections of his address.
Christopher W. Fitzpatrick,
32, 123 Main St., Cedar Grove. $410, four years state prison, and 12 years extended supervision for second degree sexual assault – felony. On Aug. 15, 2008, Fitzpatrick was at a party in an apartment where several people were there drinking. Fitzpatrick grabbed a 14-year-old girl, who was also at the party, and pulled her into a bedroom and assaulted her.

Lucia Avila-Gonzalez,

During a three-month investigation of a major drug supply organization in Sheboygan by the Sheboygan MEG Unit and the State Department of Criminal Investigations Unit, Avila was found to be involved in the selling of illegal drugs. Avila was the girlfriend of the drug supplier and participated by driving the car, accepting money, and going to the residence, where the activity was taking place, to pick up various items.
