Kevin S. Johnson, 38, 1412 Lincoln Ave., Sheboygan. $122 and eight days local jail, with work release, for resisting/ obstructing an officer, July 5, 2009.

Shoua Yang, 21, 1942 N. 11th St., Sheboygan. $110 and 15 days local jail, with work release, for disorderly conduct, May 29, 2009.

Solomon Yang, 22, 1942 N. 11th St., Sheboygan. $110 and five days local jail for disorderly conduct, May 29, 2009.

Star E. Tieme, 45, 2716 Savannah Circle B, Sheboygan. $754.50 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration – first offense, Aug. 13, 2009.

Brian T. Lunsford, 24, 734 Forest Boulevard, Sheboygan Falls. $3,843.50, 60 days local jail, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – causing injury, Aug. 4, 2008.

Brian T. Portschy, 38, W6857 County Road U, Plymouth. $932.40, 15 days local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, March 29, 2009.

Harley G. Reynolds, Jr., 42, 1627A Erie Ave., Sheboygan. $147 and 61 days local jail for felony bail jumping, July 18, 2009. Three months local jail for resisting/ failing to stop/fleeing, Dec. 5, 2008.

Elliott W. Kennedy, 33, 2960 N. 25th St., Milwaukee. $151.40 and 60 days local jail for felony bail jumping, Feb. 13, 2009.

Edward J. Konaha, 42, One year state prison after revocation of probation – charges stemming from two counts of felony failure to support child, Jan. 1, 2006 through April 30, 2006 and May 1, 2006 through Aug. 31, 2006.

One year state prison for felony sex registry violation – repeat offender, Feb. 9, 2007 – May 3, 2007. Konaha moved from his North Fifth Street address and failed to inform the sex offender registry program.

Two years state prison after revocation of probation – charges stemming from felony forgery/uttering, March 20, 2007.

$192.20, one year state prison and one year extended supervision for sex registry violation – felony, Nov. 11, 2008. On Aug. 9, 2008, Konaha was released from the Sheboygan County Detention Center and absconded from the Department of Corrections supervision. He failed to notify the Wisconsin Department of Corrections of his address.

Christopher W. Fitzpatrick, 32, 123 Main St., Cedar Grove. $410, four years state prison, and 12 years extended supervision for second degree sexual assault – felony. On Aug. 15, 2008, Fitzpatrick was at a party in an apartment where several people were there drinking. Fitzpatrick grabbed a 14-year-old girl, who was also at the party, and pulled her into a bedroom and assaulted her.

Ernesto Avila, 26, 2811 N. 11th St., Sheboygan. $3,072.40 and two years probation for disorderly conduct – repeater and resisting/obstructing an officer – repeat offender, May 24, 2009.

Melvin J. Russell, 45, 141 E. Rhine St., Elkhart Lake. $608 for resisting/ obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, June 25 and June 26, 2009.

Adam W. Kernz, 22, 14525 Lax Chapel Rd., Kiel. $979, 10 days local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, June 29, 2008.

Lucia Avila-Gonzalez, 39, 1420A New Jersey Ave., Sheboygan. $50 and 179 days local jail for felony harboring/aiding a felon, Feb. 19, 2009. During a three-month investigation of a major drug supply organization in Sheboygan by the Sheboygan MEG Unit and the State Department of Criminal Investigations Unit, Avila was found to be involved in the selling of illegal drugs. Avila was the girlfriend of the drug supplier and participated by driving the car, accepting money, and going to the residence, where the activity was taking place, to pick up various items.

Chad W. Miesner, 21, 1406A Michigan Ave., Sheboygan. $151.40, four years probation, and six-month driver’s license revocation for felony manufacture/deliver schedule I, II narcotics, Feb. 19, 2009.

Ronald W. Grawien, 34, 2229 N. 10th St., Sheboygan. $135 and three years probation for felony bail jumping, Feb. 8, 2009.

Tyler L. Matzdorf, 24, 432 Highland Ave. 14, Plymouth. $210, 10 days local jail, and 12-month probation for disorderly conduct – domestic abuse, June 9, 2009.

Adam D. Papendieck, 23, 3319 N. 15th St., Sheboygan. $122 and 14 days local jail for resisting/obstructing an officer, July 25, 2009.

Dennis C. Marksman, 50, 4037 Spring Court, Sheboygan. $122 and 10 days local jail for bail jumping, Sept. 4, 2009.

Patrick T. Bradford, 49, 734 N. 29th St., Sheboygan. $184.20 and ten days local jail, with work release, for possession of marijuana – second offense, felony, May 13, 2009.

Tylor Joseph Thompson, 17, 721 Ontario Ave., Sheboygan. $110 and 45 days local jail, with work release, for disorderly conduct, June 14, 2009.

Alicia M. Stoller, 21, 12307 Lax Chapel Road, Kiel. $50 and 90 days local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from retail theft, June 4, 2009.

Jeffrey J. Ferguson, 49, 918 Sunset Dr., Plymouth. $1,105 and 10 days local jail, with work release, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, March 21, 2009.
