Hole-in-one

Charlie Renk, 88, of Plymouth shot a hole-in-one Sept. 15 at the Sir Lanserlot Golf Course in Crystal Lake.

Renk aced the par-3, 108-yard 14th hole. His playing partners were Plymouth’s Roger Eldridge, Dean Brocker and Harold Meyer.

Scott Flood, Plymouth, also scored a hole-in-one recently. Flood holed out on the par-3, 123-yard fourth at the Quit Qui Oc Golf Club in Elkhart Lake. He used a 9-iron.
