Military Families Connect schedules October meetings for veterans, enlisted, and families

Military Families Connect (MFC) invites veterans and service members who have been deployed or served in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)/ Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF)/ Operation Noble Eagle (ONE) along with their family members for “Transitioning to Home,” a peer support group from 6:30-8 p.m. on Wednesdays, Oct 7, 14, and 21.

Whether your transition to home has been smooth or bumpy, we invite you to join us. Share your successes and bumps in the road with others who have experienced the same transitions to life after deployment.

Family members and veterans will have separate guided group discussions. Childcare will be provided with registration. Contact the Family Resource Center at 892-6706 or mfc@excel.net to register or for additional information.
