Tigers roll past Ozaukee in CLC soccer
HOWARDS GROVE – The Howards Grove Tigers cruised to a 5-0 boys soccer win over Ozaukee here Thursday.
Howards upped its Central Lakeshore Conference record to 3-6 (4-11-1 overall).
“It was nice to give all of our players some significant time on the field tonight. Ozaukee has a lot of kids with heart and determination,” said Tiger head coach Todd Fischer.
“We know how it is to be on the losing side and we respect their efforts. Our boys played unselfish and as a team. We hope to build some momentum going into our upcoming conference games.”
Five Tigers scored one goal each – Kyle Hansen, Duston Rabe, Nathan Mutsch, Chris Niemann and Carter Rockhill. Mutsch and Eric Moehring had one assist each.
