African Acrobats to perform at UW-Sheboygan Oct. 21
Complete with limbo, gymnastics, rope jumping and even human pyramid building, the African Acrobats will take the stage at the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, for a special community and campus performance in the Fine Arts Theatre.
Direct from Kenya, this talented, five-person acrobatic group promises a family-friendly show packed with amazing stunts, colorful costumes and astounding athletic achievements.
The special performance is brought to the community by the UW-Sheboygan Special Programs Committee and the students of the UW-Sheboygan campus. Cost is $3 for adults, and all children 12 and under and UW-Sheboygan students with ID are free. All proceeds from the show will support future community performances/ events of this nature.
The show will be held in the Fine Arts Theatre, which is located in the Fine Arts Building, on the UWSheboygan campus, located conveniently on University Drive just off Taylor Drive. Guests attending this show may also want to view the “Splash 6 ½” watercolor exhibit on display in the Fine Arts Gallery, located in the theater lobby.
