Circuit Court Report – Oct. 12

The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Ryan D. Wassilus, 20, 560 Clark St., Cascade. $452, 30 days’ local jail, with work release, for four counts of criminal damage to property as party to a crime. During the night of July 4, 2009, and into the morning of July 5, Wassilus and another male, both highly intoxicated, drove around and committed many acts of vandalism in the town of Lyndon, town of Sherman, village of Cascade, and the town of Plymouth. A total of 13 acts included vandalism to mailboxes, street signs, realty signs, and slashed tires on three different trucks – Wassilus was charged with four counts.

Tony A. Fish Jr., 29, 1718 Kentucky Ave., Sheboygan. $122, 10 days’ local jail, with work release, for failure to report to county jail, Sept. 16, 2009.

Scott A. Heard, 18, 1129 N. 12th St., Sheboygan. $345.80 and nine months’ local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from theft, Feb. 17, 2009.

Brian P. Glynn, 27, 2527B Camelot Blvd., Sheboygan. $208 and 10 days’ local jail, with work release, for two counts of resisting/obstructing an officer, Aug. 27, 2007.

Daniel R. Domagalski, 58, 2616 N. 28th St., Sheboygan. $222 and five days’ local jail for battery - domestic violence offense, July 26, 2009.

Sara J. Fredricks, 40, 2420 S. 18th St. 207, Sheboygan. $151.40, 30 days’ local jail, and three years’ probation for felony manufacture/deliver cocaine, April 28, 2008. Fredricks was arrested following an investigation by officers with the Sheboygan Police Department’s MEG Unit that conducted surveillance on a controlled buy of crack cocaine from Fredricks at her residence.

Michael Chang, 18, 102 Lighthouse Court, Sheboygan. $122 and 30 days’ local jail for battery, July 31, 2009. During the Brat Fry Days Festival in Kiwanis Park, Chang and four other male individuals attacked another male.

Layla C. Wojculis, 27, 3508 Eisner Court C, Sheboygan. $132 and five days’ local jail for theft. On July 6, 2009, while at the Pick N Save store in Sheboygan with her two children, Wojculis exited the store without paying for food items.

$132 and five days’ local jail for theft. On July 7, 2009, Wojculis was invited to a Sheboygan residence for a cookout and while in the home, she stole several items including hand soap/moisturizer and jewelry. Wojculis was arrested on other charges July 8, 2009, and when taken into custody, she was wearing a total of 12 rings. Officers found the soap and other jewelry items at her residence when they conducted a search warrant.

James T. Piehl, 23, 302 Woodland St., Cleveland. $110 and 20 days’ local jail, with work release, for failure to report to county jail, April 10, 2009.

Dalene L. Ackey, 34, 1211 S. 13th St., Sheboygan. $122 and 30 days’ local jail for battery, July 27, 2009. According to the criminal complaint, Ackey punched another female several times in the face while they were both at her residence and drinking heavily. Ackey told officers that the other female was disrespecting her and her residence, so she took action.

Daniel R. Kiehl, 28, 5704 S. 12th St., Sheboygan. $916, five days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, Aug. 23, 2008.

James J. Wiemann, 22, 926A St. Clair Ave., Sheboygan. $813 for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, July 18, 2007.

Joel Dimas, 24, 2332 Carmen Ave. 5A, Sheboygan. 36 days’ local jail for violating a domestic abuse injunction, Aug. 5, 2009. $286.50 and 61 days’ local jail for violating a domestic abuse injunction, Aug. 6, 2009.
