Richard L. Rupnik,
21, 611 N. Water St. 401, Sheboygan. $122, 30 days’ local jail, and two years’ probation for fourth-degree sexual assault, July 9, 2009. Rupnik had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl while they were partying together at his apartment. When the girl returned home, her mother noticed hickeys on her neck, which caused the mother concern. When the mother confronted the girl, she admitted to having sex with Rupnik.

47, N2401 State 57, Waldo. $803 for operating a vehicle while impaired, Sept. 9, 2008.
Solomon Yang,
22, 1942 N. 11th St., Sheboygan. $110 and five days’ local jail, with work release, for disorderly conduct, May 29, 2009.
Chad A. Gauthier,
30, 711 Martin Lane, Howards Grove. $916, five days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, Dec. 25, 2008.
Joshua J. Crook,
31, 2115 Georgia Ave., Sheboygan. $236 and five days’ local jail, with work release, for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) – second offense, April 4, 2008.
Daniel J. Sippel,
20, 44 Cherry Lane, Plymouth. $432.39, three years’ probation, and 40 hours’ community service for felony burglary to building or dwelling. On March 25, 2009, Sippel was involved in a theft of money from Lakeland Sports Center in the town of Greenbush. Sippel and a friend broke into the building and stole about $150 in cash.
Nine months’ local jail, three years’ probation, and one-year driver’s license revocation for felony hit and run – involving great bodily harm and causing injury while operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, June 14, 2009. At 1:46 a.m., Sheboygan County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Lake Street in the village of Cascade where a victim was lying on the road in the middle of the southbound lane. The victim told officers that she had been struck by a motorcycle and that her leg was in a lot of pain. Other officers located Sippel and identified him as being the driver. Sippel admitted to hitting the woman and said that after hitting her, he laid his bike down and got off his motorcycle to check on her, but others who were present urged him to leave. Sippel picked up his bike and fled – he felt he had consumed too much alcohol to be driving. His breath test result was .093.

26, 2119 N. 10th St., Sheboygan. Ten months’ prison after revocation of extended supervision – charges stemming from vehicle operator fleeing/eluding an officer, felony – repeat offender, Oct. 9, 2007.
Bradley J. Erickson,
23, 1230 Trimberger Court, Sheboygan. $342, 15 days’ local jail, and two years’ probation for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting/obstructing an officer, July 12, 2009.
