Panther JV wins soccer invite

SHEBOYGAN – The Plymouth Panthers’ No. 1 junior varsity squad won the Sheboygan North JV Invitational Sept. 12 with a 3-0 record.

PHS blanked Wausau West in the title game, 2-0. Jake Meyer and Marcus Gamoke tallied the goals on assists by Franz Tadych.

The Panthers, 11-0, opened with a 2-0 victory over Sheboygan South, followed by a 1-0 win over West Bend East. Andrea Lofino and Gamoke had the goals versus South. Lofino kicked the goal in the East match.

PHS goalie Mitch Kronberg had six saves in the tournament.
