City hosting parks, recreation forum
The city of Plymouth Public Works Department will host a Community Wide Forum on the Plymouth’s parks and outdoor recreation programs.
The meeting, to be held Monday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m. in room 303 of Plymouth City Hall, will be facilitated by University of Wisconsin-Extension Agent David Such.
The purpose of the meeting is to invite elected officials, city boards and the public to brainstorm and plan the future of the city’s parks and outdoor recreation programs.
Topics of discussion will include improvement and uses of existing parks, new park facilities, the Youth Center, Outdoor Aquatic Center, Nutt ski hill, ice skating, sledding areas, recreational trails and any other outdoor recreation activities.
