Miguel Carrillo, 44, 1423 Huron Ave., Sheboygan. $3,513, 200 days’ local jail, with work release, and 32-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fourth offense, May 31, 2009.

Gustavo Montero-Narciso, 27, N7177 County M, Sheboygan Falls. $110 and five days’ local jail, with work release, for operating while revoked – second offense, May 29, 2009.

Galo Ajila, 31, 1009 W. Burnham St., Milwaukee. $110 and five days’ local jail for operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license - third offense, June 13, 2009.

Cory L. Helling, 23, 717A Superior Ave., Sheboygan. $147 and one year and six months’ state prison for felony escape criminal arrest, July 9, 2009. Helling did not return to the Sheboygan County Detention Center after leaving for school release July 9, 2009.

$1,741.50 and one year and six months’ state prison after revocation of probation – charges stemming from felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm, June 29, 2008.

Joanne M. Kline, 45, 120 W. Easy St., Saukville. $1,606 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration – first offense, May 8, 2009.
