Women's Expo in Plymouth celebrates women and life

The Plymouth Arts Center is presenting its fifth annual Wonderful World of Women Expo, the Art of Relaxation, Saturday, Nov. 21, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

Make it a day out with the girls, or use the expo to take some well-deserved time out and pampering just for you. With an emphasis on wellness, beauty, and a balanced life, the Wonderful World of Women Expo offers something for every woman.

Vendors, consultants, therapists and stylists will be available to provide services, sell products, and share information on topics such as: health; beauty; fitness; home decorating; gardening; cooking, literary and visual arts; crafting and more. There will be free samples, door prizes, wine tasting and sweet treat samples. Food and beverages will be available in the PAC cafe. A recommended donation of $2 will give you a chance to win prizes.

The expo will feature therapy sessions, such as: mini massage, facials, reflexology, reiki, hands-on healing, private consultations, dream analysis; mini-lectures on the use of herbs for women’s health, demonstrations in belly dance and senior yoga; holiday gift demo; holiday cooking demo; and lots of shopping, pottery demos, wine and chocolate tasting and so much more. It’s all under one roof in the setting of the Arts Center.
