Triad team takes second

KIEL – The Triad girls swimming team finished in second place at the Kiel Triangular Thursday, Oct. 22.
Plymouth won the meet with 168 points, Triad was second with 86 points and Kiel placed third with 64.
“We didn’t have large numbers, but we swam beautifully,” Triad coach Lynne Lammers. “We were undermanned against a large school like Plymouth.”
Hannah Abel took second place in the 50 freestyle and Liz Falconer finished second in the 500 breaststroke.
The medley relay team of Claire Hillstrom, Falconer, Kim Lammers and Betsey Otten also took second. GIRLS
