Chad A. Ploetz,
30, 916 Huron Ave. 211, Sheboygan. $208 and three days’ local jail for attempted battery, June 24, 2009. A witness, who saw Ploetz fall face first onto concrete and was bleeding, called for help. When police and paramedics arrived, they found that Ploetz was injured and highly intoxicated. As they tried to help him, he became uncooperative and had to be handcuffed to the cot. Once at the hospital, he tried to hit and kick hospital personnel and had to again be restrained.

$167.80, three months’ local jail, and two years’ probation for sex registry violation – felony, Sept. 9, 2008. Gonzalez failed to notify the Sex Offender Registry Program of a change in address.

Roberto Sanchez-Perez,
39, 832 Pine St., Green Bay. $437, and five days’ local jail, with work release, for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), Sept. 22, 2009.

24, 1312 Pennsylvania Ave., Sheboygan. $28 and nine months’ local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from disorderly conduct – repeat offender, and resisting/obstructing an officer – repeater, May 26, 2008.

Jeremy R. Moon,
24, 332 First St., Menasha. $232 and 51 days’ local jail for resisting/obstructing an officer and criminal damage to property, Sept. 7, 2009. Police responded to a report of an intoxicated and passed out person near a boat launch on Riverfront Drive. Once Moon was identified, it was learned there was an arrest warrant issued for him and he was arrested. While at the police station, Moon became very combative with officers and ultimately had to be tased.
