Sheriff’s Report – Nov. 2

One person was injured and two vehicles were severely damaged in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of State 32 and Playbird Road on Nov. 1.

According to the accident report, at 12:11 p.m., Matthew D. Johnson, 18, and Deborah L. Koeppen, 48, both of Sheboygan, were traveling southbound on State 32 and approaching the intersection at Playbird Road. Johnson was following Koeppen and when she slowed, he failed to slow and crashed into the rear of her 2002 Chevy Tracker SUV.

Koeppen was transported to St. Nicholas Hospital by Orange Cross Ambulance for her injuries. Johnson was cited for inattentive driving.
