Sadie E. Marver, 22, 417A Ontario Ave., Sheboygan. $50 and 86 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from battery, March 22, 2009.

Scott A. Heard, 18, 1129 N. 12th St., Sheboygan. $345.80 and seven months’ local jail, with work release, for two counts of theft, Feb. 17, 2009.

Gene E. Anderson, 50, 708 St. Clair Ave., Sheboygan. $268.50 and 40 days’ local jail, with work release, for violating a domestic abuse injunction, July 24, 2009.

Nathan M. Huberty, 32, N5874 N. Pleasantview Road, Plymouth. $862 and five days’ local jail, with work release, for disorderly conduct and battery, July 6, 2009. According to the criminal complaint, Huberty was asked to leave the Harbor Lights Bar in the town of Lyndon after causing a disturbance. A few minutes later, he re-entered through the side door and punched a male patron in the face. Huberty also grabbed a pool cue and broke it in half, keeping half of it in his rear pocket like a weapon. Huberty then left the bar on foot and was later located and taken into custody by the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department.

William T. Swann, 56, 3119 Main Ave., Sheboygan. $979, 20 days’ local jail, with work release, and 14-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, April 7, 2009.

Keith W. Peterson, 24, 4331 Morning View Court L204, Sheboygan. $979, 20 days’ local jail, with work release, and 14-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, June 27, 2009.

Jerry L. Finger, 34, 1334 Geele Ave., Sheboygan. $1,231, 30 days’ local jail, with work release, and 24-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – third offense, June 24, 2009.

$66.40 and 90 days’ local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from bail jumping, April 24, 2008.

$83 and 60 days’ local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from sex with a child age 16 or older, May 29, 2008.

Christopher CK Boyland, 23, 1321 S. Seventh St., Sheboygan. $173 and five days’ local jail, with work release, for operating while revoked – second offense, June 22, 2009.

Douglas A. Melanz, 26, 1614 Fox Hills Road, Sheboygan. $110 and 10 days’ local jail, with work release, for retail theft, June 8, 2009. Melanz was seen by security personnel at Shopko exiting the store with two sets of golf clubs, valued at $139.99 each, that he did not purchase. Melanz was approached by the personnel in the parking lot and was brought back into the store until police arrived.

Timothy J. Bellows, 40, 724 Random Lake Road 8, Random Lake. $208 and 60 days’ local jail, with work release, for possession of cocaine and receiving stolen property, June 9, 2009.

Charles J. Marksman Jr., 44, 2020 N. Fourth St., Sheboygan. $122 and 30 days’ local jail, with work release, for disorderly conduct, Aug. 18, 2009.

$122 and 30 days’ local jail, with work release, for bail jumping, Aug. 28, 2009.

Casey F. Melsheimer, 46, 208 W. Washington St., Port Washington. $122 and 30 days’ local jail, with work release, for bail jumping, Aug. 3, 2009.

Paul R. Wieting, 60, W6948 Clark Road, Elkhart Lake. $222 and seven days’ local jail for disorderly conduct – domestic violence offense, Aug. 30, 2009.

Rachel A. Cook, 34, 1622 Maryland Ave., Sheboygan. $122 and two days’ local jail for bail jumping, Aug. 6, 2009.

Rosa Hernandez, 21, 73A Lincoln Ave., Sheboygan. $110 and one-day local jail for operating while revoked – second offense, Aug. 5, 2008.

Steven I. Delgado, 19, 4109 N. 46th St., Sheboygan. $2,010.93, 20 days’ local jail, and 18-month probation for three counts of theft by false representation. Delgado fraudulently deposited a total of $2,100 into his bank account on three different occasions in order to inflate his balance – he then made withdrawals from his account via an ATM machine.
