Falls Police Report
Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers arrested a 56-year-old man in the 300 block of Broadway Street for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
The driver was stopped, after he nearly struck a squad car.

Officers with the SFPD arrested a 49-year-old man in the 1200 block of Fond du Lac Avenue, after he allegedly created a disturbance in a business establishment.
He was transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center and held on a probation violation.
*** SFPD officers are currently investigating a theft in the 100 block of Sarah’s Way.

Officers with the SFPD were called to the 100 block of Hamann Drive for a loud disturbance and report of a physical confrontation.
The incident remains under investigation.

Barry E. Collins, 39, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony failure to report to jail Friday, Nov. 6, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.
The Class H felony charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

Dutcher J. Matyjasik, 39, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony burglary of a building or dwelling and misdemeanor theft Friday Nov. 6, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.
The charges stem from an alleged burglary and theft on Western Avenue in the Baines Trailer Park in the town of Sheboygan Falls.
The Class F felony burglary of a building or dwelling charge carries a fine of not more than $25,000, or imprisonment of not more than 12 years and six months, or both, if convicted.
The misdemeanor theft charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

Andrew J. Hawe, 36, of Waldo was charged with Class I felony possession of THC (marijuana) Thursday, Nov. 5, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.
The felony charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.
