The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.
Jeffrey M. Oligney,
51, 12133 W. Euclid Ave., West Allis. $170.20 and two years’ probation for felony manufacture/deliver schedule I and II narcotics – as party to a crime. The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department was called to the Eagle’s Nest bar in Random Lake when someone became suspicious that a drug deal was taking place inside between a male and a female. While deputies were en route, an argument between the two started and the male walked out, unknowingly dropping a package on the floor. Officers found Oligney outside walking around and very intoxicated. After interviewing witnesses, it was discovered that Oligney and the woman were attempting to sell drugs inside the bar. A total of .8 grams of oxycodone was found on him.

23, 2509 Henry St., Sheboygan. $723 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – first offense, Oct. 3, 2009.
Cory D. Schroeder,
30, 1528 N. Fourth St., Sheboygan. $544.50 for place, use, and hunt wild animals with bait, Oct. 6, 2009.
Antonio R. Neuaone,
21, 1543 Martin Ave., Sheboygan. $332, 10 days’ local jail, and 18-month probation for disorderly conduct, domestic violence offense, and mistreatment of animals, July 29, 2009. Police were called to a residence on End Court in regard to a disturbance after Neuaone had arrived in his vehicle and began arguing and pushing a female. Neuaone left before police arrived but before leaving, he damaged a motorcycle that was parked there, kicked a dog, and struck the female victim’s vehicle with his own.

Cory A. Stark,
21, 728 State 57 Lot 59, Plymouth. $340.80, 60 days’ local jail, with work release, and 18-month probation for disorderly conduct – repeater and battery – habitual criminality, June 28, 2009.
