Jonathon S. Boutillier,
18, 1124 N. 11th St., Sheboygan. $358, 60 days’ local jail, and four years’ probation for felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm and bail jumping – felony, June 22, 2009. Boutillier struck another male in the head and shoulder with a baseball bat after he suspected the victim of stealing property from his home. The injury required six staples in his head – the victim also suffered a concussion and a severe bruising.
$265.80 and 60 days’ local jail for felony battery to law enforcement officer and resisting/obstructing an officer, March 18, 2009. Officers were called to an apartment complex where a male was passed out in front of the entrance door. Others tried to wake him up before officers arrived, but had no success – an officer was eventually able to rouse him after several attempts – he was noticeably intoxicated. When officers attempted to take him (Boutillier) into custody, he became uncooperative and tried to escape. At one point he struck the officer in the forehead with his cell phone and struck him again in the head with his knee.
