Circuit Court Report – Nov. 23

The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Jonathon S. Boutillier, 18, 1124 N. 11th St., Sheboygan. $358, 60 days’ local jail, and four years’ probation for felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm and bail jumping – felony, June 22, 2009. Boutillier struck another male in the head and shoulder with a baseball bat after he suspected the victim of stealing property from his home. The injury required six staples in his head – the victim also suffered a concussion and a severe bruising.

$265.80 and 60 days’ local jail for felony battery to law enforcement officer and resisting/obstructing an officer, March 18, 2009. Officers were called to an apartment complex where a male was passed out in front of the entrance door. Others tried to wake him up before officers arrived, but had no success – an officer was eventually able to rouse him after several attempts – he was noticeably intoxicated. When officers attempted to take him (Boutillier) into custody, he became uncooperative and tried to escape. At one point he struck the officer in the forehead with his cell phone and struck him again in the head with his knee.

Martin Lopez Sr., 42, N9520 State 42, Cleveland. $110, 60 days’ local jail, with work release, and six-month driver’s license revocation for operating while revoked – fourth offense, April 24, 2009.

Neal J. Martin, 31, 1813 Saemann Ave., Sheboygan. $224.40 and 10 days’ local jail, with work release, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, June 10, 2009.

Alfred Avina, 23, 1612 S. 13th St., Sheboygan. $916, 15 days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, Feb. 21, 2009.

$110 and 15 days’ local jail for bail jumping, June 22, 2009.

Trent A. Graubner, 35, 803 N. 37th St., Sheboygan. $110 and 100 days’ local jail, with work release, for resisting/obstructing an officer, April 4, 2009.

Derek C. Lamb, 24, N3031 Circle Drive, Cascade. $110 and 14 days’ local jail for resisting/obstructing an officer, June 14, 2009.

Christine M. Burns, 25, 105 Wisconsin St., Sheboygan Falls. $916, five days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, Feb. 28, 2009.

Robert M. Kaufert, 44, W5513 County SS, Random Lake. $1,495, six months’ local jail, 36-month driver’s license revocation, and 48-month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fourth offense, Aug. 10, 2009.

Matthew S. Mercure, 21, 1307 Superior Ave., Sheboygan. $122 and 20 days’ local jail, with work release, for disorderly conduct – repeater, July 25, 2009.

Kurt A. Reimer, 45, 503 Wisconsin Ave., Sheboygan. 15 months’ local jail, with work release, after revocation of probation – charges stemming from two counts of disorderly conduct – repeat offender, Oct. 3 and Oct. 5, 2007.

Shaun A. Neils, 20, N2666 County AE, Oostburg. $500 for hit and run, Sept. 4, 2009.

Willie E. Caldwell, 42, Sheboygan County Detention Center, Sheboygan. Two years’ state prison and three years’ extended supervision after revocation of probation – charges stemming from second-degree sexual assault of child – felony, Jan. 9, 2001.

Patrick R. Hupf, 34, 2747 N. 12th St. 1, Sheboygan. One-year prison and one-year extended supervision after revocation of probation – charges stemming from felony bail jumping, Feb. 29, 2008.
