Rashawn B. Hanson,
20, 1434 S. Ninth St., Sheboygan. $163.40 and 18 months’ probation for felony possession, with intent to deliver, marijuana, Aug. 11, 2009.
Nicole Osypowski,
37, 1133 Broadway Ave., Sheboygan. $378 and 50 days’ local jail, with work release, for criminal damage to property and bail jumping, Oct. 8, 2009. At about 11:15 p.m., Osypowski walked up to the front door of a house on Mayflower Avenue and rang the doorbell. When the resident answered, Osypowski barged her way inside and sat on the couch. The resident did not know her and asked her to leave, but she refused and walked into other rooms of the house before picking up a pack of cigarettes and walking out. After the resident locked the door, Osypowski came back to the door and tried re-entering through a window – this is when the police arrived. She tried running from them, but was caught.

Amy J. Marketti,
21, 410 McColm St., Plymouth. Six months’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from resisting/obstructing an officer, Jan. 26, 2009.
90 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from disorderly conduct, Feb. 13, 2009.
$232 and 15 days’ local jail for disorderly conduct – domestic abuse and battery – domestic abuse, Sept. 29, 2009. At approximately 2:11 a.m., the Plymouth Police were called to a residence on McColm Street after Marketti became upset with her aunt and struck her in the head with a purse. According to the criminal complaint, Marketti was searching inside her mother’s purse and when her aunt intervened, Marketti became upset and pushed her to the ground in a violent manner – causing her to strike her chin, hands, and knee on the gravel. When police arrived, she also resisted officers.

19, 1708 N. 12th St., Sheboygan. 90 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from disorderly conduct and bail jumping, Sept. 10, 2008.
Kyle M. Garbisch,
25, 902 Swift Ave., Sheboygan. $156 and 20 days’ local jail, with work release, for theft. On July 28, 2009, while Garbisch was the manager of Anytime Fitness on Mill Road, he used the Social Security number of a new member to obtain cable TV service for himself.
Scott D. Neumann,
33, 823 Fourth St., Kiel. $803 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, April 19, 2009.
Shari B. Sirvio,
30, 1725 N. 27th St., Sheboygan. $672.40 for disorderly conduct, April 4, 2008. Nordean M. Yessin,
21, 2137 Bollmann Drive, Sheboygan. $679.30, $5,365 restitution, and four months’ local jail for battery. Around 1 a.m. Jan. 23, 2009, the Sheboygan Falls Police Department was called regarding battery. The victim had been struck in the face by Yessin. The victim suffered a hairline fracture of the skull that ran along the eye socket on one side of his head, a broken jaw, and concussion. After being hit, the victim fell to the ground, was choking on his blood, and was unconscious for about five minutes.
Daniel L. Atterberry Hughes,
31, 1009 Superior Ave., Sheboygan. $991, 10 days’ local jail, 12-month driver’s license revocation, and 24-month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, Sept. 20, 2009.
Rachael E. Carter,
25, W5969 Badger Road, Elkhart Lake. $50 and 30 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from possession of controlled substance, March 24, 2009.
Casey J. Leschke,
37, 1819 N. 19th St., Sheboygan. $331.20 and two years’ probation for two felony counts of battery to law enforcement. Sheboygan Police responded to the 1800 block of North 19th Street in regard to a disturbance Aug. 13, 2009. When officers arrived, the group of people that were fighting left the area and was located in a garage nearby. Leschke was one of them. He was on probation and appeared to be intoxicated – a violation of his probation. When officers attempted to take him into custody, he bit two of them in an attempt to escape.
