Ebenezer Scrooge to make an appearance at the Plymouth Public Library

Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 2 p.m., as an early-release program, the Plymouth Public Library will host a performance of “Ebenezer Scrooge: A Christmas Carol” in the library's meeting room.
