LTC announces potential winter graduates

Lakeshore Technical College will hold its winter graduation ceremony at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at the college’s Cleveland campus.

Don McAdams, director of organizational development and learning for Johnsonville Sausage, will be the keynote speaker. The current president of the LTC Foundation Board, McAdams has spent a large portion of his career serving in a variety of sales, marketing and senior sales management roles, and he understands business and the important role continuous learning plays in successful careers.

McAdams is a past recipient of LTC’s Educational Leadership Award for the learning and development accomplishments he has achieved at Johnsonville Sausage, and he also serves as a member of Silver Lake College’s adjunct faculty, teaching organizational change, leadership and corporate strategy in the school’s Master of Business Administration program.

Larry Penke of Sheboygan will be the student speaker. Penke is graduating with honors from LTC’s Pharmacy Services Management program. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and serves on the Pharmacy Technician Program Advisory Committee.

Approximately 218 students are eligible for graduation. Commencement will take place in the Lakeshore Building’s Multipurpose Room at LTC’s Cleveland campus. Viewing rooms also will be set up throughout the building for guests. For more information, go to www.gotoltc.edu/graduation.
