The PAC invites you to build a New Year’s party
The Plymouth Arts Center is hosting its third annual New Year’s celebration with “Build Your Own New Year’s Party” Thursday, Dec. 31.
You and your guests are invited to be a part of one of the most imaginative events of the year. To build your own New Year’s Eve party, all you need to do is: 1) reserve a theme and table for a donation of $25 for PAC members; $35 non-members; 2) invite your
guests to participate, two to eight people per table, not just for couples; 3) decorate your table around your theme, dress up (costumes are not mandatory;) 4) bring your own refreshments, or order in, for your group; 5) donate a gift basket based on your theme for the silent auction.
Judges will select winners and present merit awards based on creativity. Availability is limited; reserve your theme now by calling (920) 892-8409 or e-mail paf@ex cel.net.
Setup and decorating for the party will be by appointment, prior to the event, with festivities beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday. Be sure to bring your camera to capture all the fun. The party will be open to your invited guests only.
The Plymouth Arts Center will provide a festive (smoke-free) atmosphere in the beautiful facility surrounded by original artwork, live, danceable music by Smooth Groove, as well as the only in Plymouth, “Big Cheese” drop at midnight. If you need help choosing a theme for your group, PAC staff members can assist you.
Build Your Own New Year’s Eve party and the “Big Cheese” drop are sponsored by Sartori Foods.
Everyone around the world recognizes New Year’s Eve with some type of festivities ... and only in Plymouth, where cheese is famous, will an 80-pound decorated cheese wedge amazingly descend from a 100-foot Fire Department ladder operated by Chief Nicolaus. The “big cheese” drop will take place in the Creamery Building parking lot, next to the Plymouth Arts Center.
Everyone is invited to attend. Hot chocolate will be available in front of the Arts Center.
