Hall walkers can 'walk' to Lambeau, New York City

Plymouth Community Education and Recreation has created an incentive called Walk Across the USA to motivate hall walkers.

Registered hall walkers can choose from among 18 locations as their goal, including Miller Park (50 miles away), New York City (932 miles) and Seattle, Wash. (1,987 miles).

Beginning in January, walkers can record their mileage each day they walk and watch their journeys as they are tracked along the route. As walkers travel the “roads,” fun and unique sites will be pointed out along the way.

Those who walk 50 to 350 miles will become members of the Bronze Club, those walking 500 to 1,000 miles will be in the Silver Club, and those walking 1,200 to 2,000 miles will be in the Gold Club.
