The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Aaron J. Potts, 26, 273 Victorian Village Road A, Elkhart Lake. $98 and 70 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from two counts of disorderly conduct, July 14, 2009.

Carrie A. Williams, 27, 1731 N. 12th St., Sheboygan. $135 and two months’ local jail, with work release, for possession, with intent to deliver/distribute a controlled substance on or near a park, manufacture cocaine – as party to a crime – felony, April 24, 2008. When an undercover investigator with the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department contacted a local drug dealer and requested to make a buy – the dealer instructed him to go to a parking lot in the 900 block of Michigan Avenue where he would have a female there to deliver the drugs. Williams was the female and when the officer arrived, she delivered .9 grams of crack cocaine in exchange for $100. On June 10, 2008, Williams met the officer again in the same location and made another delivery. The parking lot was close to Fountain Park.

Shawn P. Jenssen, 35, 2114 N. 20th St., Sheboygan. $951, 12 months’ probation, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while under the influence – causing injury and hit and run – involving injury. On Jan. 12, 2009, Jenssen was involved in a car accident where he rear-ended another vehicle that was stopped at a red light. Jenssen fled the scene – the driver of the other vehicle was able to give officers a description and license plate number. Shortly afterward, a Sheboygan police officer was dispatched to an injury accident on University Drive. After leaving the scene of the first accident, Jenssen drove straight off the road. Jenssen was stumbling around and unable to keep his balance although officers did not detect any odor of intoxicants. After paramedics spoke with his father, they learned that he had been taking Lorazepam and had taken an extra one that night which apparently caused him to be “out of it.”

Daniel E. Ehren, 49, 330 Summit St., Plymouth. $1,606 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, June 2, 2009.
