Jeremiah R. North,

Juan T. Reyes,

James WF Jacquart,

Jason A. Flowers,
24, 1217 N. Eighth St. 1, Sheboygan. $110 and 30 days’ local jail for disorderly conduct. On June 6, 2009, Sheboygan Police were called to the Skybox Tavern because of a disturbance. Flowers had created a disturbance inside and then went outside and began punching the windows of a vehicle belonging to the owner/manager of the tavern. When police arrived, Flowers was standing outside shirtless and with abraded knuckles.
$110 and 30 days’ local jail for criminal damage to property, June 8, 2009. While Flowers was an inmate at the Sheboygan County Detention Center, he caused property damage by plugging his toilet with his jail uniform shirt and when moved to another cell, he broke the sprinkler system, causing that room to flood.
