Falls’ Minster graduates from UW-Eau Claire

Rachel Minster of Sheboygan Falls graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Saturday, Dec. 10, during winter commencement exercises at the Zorn Arena.

Minster received a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
