The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Abel Mendoza-Lara, 23, 1220 Michigan Ave., Sheboygan. $437 and five days local jail, with work release, for operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license - third offense within three years, Nov. 20, 2009.

Ryan M. Higgins, 23, 1025 Clara Ave., Sheboygan. $110 and 10 days local jail, with work release, for operating while revoked – third offense, April 18, 2009.

Jennifer R. Mueller, 29, 732 Beth Circle 10, Plymouth. $916, 12-month driver’s license revocation, and five days local jail, with work release, for operating while under the influence – second offense, June 8, 2008.

Andres D. Cardenas, 18, 118 W. Main St., Glenbeulah. $218, 30 days local jail, and two years probation for criminal trespass to dwelling and theft of movable property, June 25, 2009. Cardenas entered the back door of a residence in the village of Glenbeulah and took two bottles of whiskey. The homeowner confronted him after hearing noises in her house and he returned one bottle. The homeowner later discovered another one was missing and she went to the address where she saw Cardenas enter and told him he had ten minutes to return the stolen bottle before she would call the Sheriff’s Department – she waited the ten minutes and then called.

Enrique E. Vargas, 19, 4742 N. Lawndale Ave., Chicago, IL. 30 days local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from hit and run involving injury and resisting/obstructing an officer, Dec. 31, 2008.

Luke E. Fenske, Sr., 29, 3515 N. 10th St. 321, Sheboygan. $1,511.40, two years probation, 24-month driver’s license revocation, and 24-month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while under the influence – fourth offense, July 8, 2009.

Christopher CK Boyland, 23, 2315 S. 14th St., Sheboygan. $264.80 and 60 days local jail for possession of marijuana – repeat offender, and resisting/obstructing an officer – repeater, Oct. 19, 2009.

Antwan W. Burns-Jones, 33, 225 Main St., Sheboygan Falls. $110 and three days local jail after operating while revoked – second offense, June 20, 2008.

Dustin S. Lecher, 20, 854 Eagles Way, Plymouth. $608.17 and 18 months probation for retail theft – repeater, and bail jumping – repeat offender, Sept. 9, 2009.

Velaquice R. Hawkins, 35, 9646 W. Bradley Rd. 208, Milwaukee. $122 and 16 days local jail for resisting/obstructing an officer, Dec. 7, 2009.

Dawn M. Katt, 38, N4521 County I, Sheboygan. $817.50 and one year driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Dec. 4, 2009.
