Christopher T. Malwitz, 22, 521 Water St. A, Sheboygan. $122 and 10 days’ local jail for disorderly conduct, Oct. 25, 2009.

Penny S. Harden, 58, 1021 Lincoln Ave., Sheboygan. $122 and 10 days’ local jail, with work release, for bail jumping, Oct. 2, 2009.

Quentez S. Jefferson, 25, 580 Spinnaker Lane, Green Bay. $122 and 10 days’ local jail for obstructing an officer, Oct. 26, 2009.

Andrew J. Hawe, 36, W5126 Clearview Road, Waldo. $122 and 20 days’ local jail, with work release, for possession of marijuana, Oct. 31, 2009.

Dominique M. Wells, 18, 110 Amherst Ave. A102, Sheboygan Falls. $720.94, $5,529.50 restitution, three months’ local jail, and four years’ probation for felony armed robbery with use of force, as party to a crime. On Sept. 12, 2009, Wells, along with two other males and one female, drove up alongside a male whom they had seen at a party and invited him to come along with them to another party, with the intent of robbing him. After the victim was in the vehicle, they drove out to a county road and beat him with wooden bats for approximately 20 minutes in order to get his wallet and cell phone from him. When the victim was able to run – he ran into the bushes and was chased by the suspects. They eventually left the victim behind and drove away.

Cindy M. Burt, 41, 918 Indiana Ave., Sheboygan. $264.80, five days’ local jail, and 12 months’ probation for two counts of battery, Aug. 27, 2009.

Andrew D. White, 19, 1003 Crow Court, Kenai, Alaska. $401.40, six months’ local jail, five years’ probation, and three years’ extended supervision for felony second-degree sexual assault of a child. On May 11, 2009, at 10:15 p.m., Sheboygan Police officers responded to a Sheboygan residence to investigate a missing female juvenile. Officers soon learned that the 14-year-old girl was staying at a local motel; they responded to the room and were greeted at the door by White. The 14-year-old girl was on the bed. White, who was 18 at the time and on leave from the Navy, had been visiting the girl and her family from Alaska. White told the officers that he was concerned about the girl because she was pregnant with his child and was in her sixth to seventh month.

Kenneth M. Kruse, 50, 1425 Bluff Ave., Sheboygan. $576.50 and five days’ local jail, with work release, for possession of marijuana and bail jumping, May 28, 2009.

Neil J. Bowman, 30, 1729 N. 28th St., Sheboygan. $916, five days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while under the influence – second offense, June 25, 2009.

Juan L. Atilano-Cruz, 34, 2732 N. 10th St. 1, Sheboygan. $248 and five days’ local jail, with work release, for operating without a valid driver’s license – third offense, Nov. 24, 2009.

Corey S. Hering, 27, 1539 S. 10th St., Sheboygan. $228.60, $1,186 restitution, and 30 days’ local jail for disorderly conduct. On May 30, 2009, the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department responded to a road rage complaint near State 23 and County M. A woman told officers that she had accidentally pulled in front of a vehicle on State 23 and the other vehicle was forced off the road in order to avoid a collision. The woman said she was upset about what took place and exited off State 23 and into a parking lot in order to gain her composure. The vehicle that she forced off the road also pulled off and followed her. The driver of the other vehicle, Hering, and a female exited the vehicle and began yelling obscenities at the woman. Hering walked around her vehicle and pounded on it with his fists, leaving small indents, while the woman took a key and scratched the whole passenger side of the vehicle.

Stacy M. Peltier, 29, 225 Wisconsin St., Adell. $122 and 60 days’ local jail, with work release, for resisting/obstructing an officer, Sept. 5, 2009.

Daniel T. Widucki, 41, 1014 Erie Ave., Sheboygan. $122 and 90 days’ local jail, with work release, for bail jumping, Sept. 24, 2009.

Daniel L. Arenz, 40, 2205 Kohls Court, Sheboygan. $389.50 and 15 days’ local jail, with work release, for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer, Oct. 28, 2009.

Peter A. Soucoup, 39, 3319 Main Ave. 201, Sheboygan. $1,772, 12 months’ local jail, 36 months’ probation, and 24-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fifth of sixth offense – felony, Oct. 24, 2009.
