Comm Ed offers financial management class
In collaboration with Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Sheboygan County, Plymouth Community Education and Recreation is offering a series of free financial management classes.
The first class, “Beating the Financial Squeeze,” will be Wednesday, Jan. 13. It will provide the tools to develop and implement a successful spending plan to help you take control of your financial matters.
The second class, “Understanding Credit Reports and Improving Your Score,” will be Wednesday, Jan. 20. It will explain how to improve your score, understand your credit report, and how to get a free copy of your credit report.
The classes will be taught by Tammy Matzdorf, a certified consumer credit counselor and housing counselor. They will meet from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Plymouth High School room C103/105.
The classes are free, but registration is required by calling 892-5068 or visiting the Community Education and Recreation in Plymouth High School, 125 Highland Ave.
