Falls Police Report
Scott L. Vollbrecht, 57, and Scott R. Vollbrecht, 27, of Sheboygan Falls were each charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct Tuesday, Jan. 5, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.
The charges stem from an alleged argument between the father, Scott L., and son, Scott R., over the television volume, which turned physical.
According to the criminal complaint, Sheboygan Falls police officers were called to the Vollbrecht home in the 100 block of Rochester Drive at approximately 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, following reports of a disturbance.
Scott R., the son, told police the incident began with an argument between him and his girlfriend over the volume of a television.
After Scott L., the father, got involved in the argument, it escalated into a physical confrontation.
In addition to the misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge, Scott R. was also charged with misdemeanor property damage.

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department arrested Christopher A. Holmes, 29, for violating the Sheboygan Falls sex offender registry ordinance.

An off-duty SFPD officer apprehended an intoxicated 54-year-old woman, who was attempting to operate a motor vehicle in the parking lot of Subway on Fond du Lac Avenue.
The woman was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
*** SFPD officers are investigating a theft from a vehicle in the Municipal Building parking lot.

Officers with the SFPD assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with an accident at the intersection of State 28 and County PPP.
*** SFPD officers investigated a two-car accident at the intersection of State 28 and County EE. A 23 year-old woman was arrested for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign.

Jessica D. Crane, 20, of Sheboygan Falls was taken into custody Wednesday, Dec. 30, on an arrest warrant from Cook County, Illinois.
Crane was apprehended, following a traffic stop in the city of Sheboygan Falls. She was wanted on a felony charge of forgery.

*** The Sheboygan Falls Fire Department responded to the following calls Jan. 4 Through Jan. 11. • 400 block of Adams Street for smoke coming from smoldering grease left on a stove.
