Randy L. Pitsch, 46, 620 S. Eighth St. 209, Sheboygan. $343, $1,860 restitution, and four years’ felony burglary to building or dwelling. On Sept. 30, 2009, Pitsch entered a locked mobile home and then a locked safe inside the residence. He took $1,800 in cash from the safe.

Jonathon R. Binsfeld, 19, 537 S. Sixth St., Oostburg. $1,652.90 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration and inattentive driving, Nov. 1, 2009.

Patrick J. Kalmerton, 29, W4344 County FF, Elkhart Lake. $1,635 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, Nov. 17, 2009.

Sara J. Akright, 32, 112 Redtail Drive 6, Sheboygan. $2,265 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration – with a passenger under 16 years of age, Nov. 15, 2009.

Dustin A. Slatter, 25, N9225 Tower Lane, Glenbeulah. $1,810.50, 200 days’ local jail, with work release, 32-month driver’s license revocation and 44-month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fourth offense, Sept. 20, 2009.

Lino Rodriguez Rivera, 30, 1332 W. Greenfield Ave. 2, Milwaukee. $135 and 20 days’ local jail for felony failure to report to county jail, March 30, 2008.

Shannon C. Yurk, 39, 3218 N. Ninth St., Sheboygan. $50 and nine months’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from resisting/obstructing an officer, Feb. 24, 2009.

Jeremiah R. North, 34, 712 Random Lake Road 1, Random Lake. $1,397.50 for knowingly operating a vehicle while suspended and causing property damage, Nov. 26, 2009.

Tommie Purnell, 44, 2603 Finger Road, Green Bay. $1,132.50 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – with a passenger less than 16 years of age, Nov. 26, 2009.

Kevin M. Randall, 33, W3073 County J, Sheboygan Falls. $754.50 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – first offense, Dec. 5, 2009.

Robert A. Voechting, 46, 926 Oakland Ave., Sheboygan. $544.50 for place, use, hunt wild animals with bait (5-25 gallons of bait), Nov. 27, 2009.

Dennis B. Hiebing, 43, 80A Dewey St., Kiel. $1,495, 90 days’ local jail, with work release, 24-month driver’s license revocation, and 24-month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fourth offense, July 25, 2009.

Stanley J. Balma, 42, 1419 Forsyth St. 5, Sheboygan. $163.40 and one year and six months’ prison for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – seventh, eighth, or ninth offense – felony, Aug. 2, 2009.
