Auditions for `Mill Street Live’ start Jan. 14

If you like singing and dancing and enjoy performing in front of an audience, come and audition to be a part of the Mill Street Guild for this summer’s “Mill Street Live” Series at the Plymouth Arts Center. Auditions are open to anyone entering their senior year of high school on up.

Auditions will be held at the Plymouth Arts Center, 520 E. Mill St., downtown Plymouth, from 7-10 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14; and from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16.

Please come with a chorus and verse of any non-musical theater song prepared to sing a cappella; there will be a dance portion of the audition as well, to be taught at the audition. Wear clothes appropriate for dancing.

The Mill Street Guild is a group of local performers from Sheboygan County and the surrounding areas who have come together with a common goal of providing an exciting and highly energetic experience not only for the audience, but also for those in the show. Musical direction as well as choreography are organically produced within the group, as well as utilizing talents in art, direction, and organization within the group.
