4-H-Madison All Stars – November and December
The Nov. 10 meeting of the Madison All Stars was held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls. Abby Faul called the meeting to order. The American pledge was led by Emily Burkhart and the 4-H pledge was led by Shawn Burkhart. Roll call was “What is your favorite Thanksgiving food?”
The secretary’s report was in the newsletter. David Bimmel gave the treasurer’s report. Ashley Oppeneer gave the reporter’s report and asked if anyone had pictures of Road America baby-sitting.
Reports of the following were given: Sunshine Committee report- Katie Deheck said there was no report. Youth Association report- Shawn Burkhart. Leader’s Association report- Randy Meyer.
There were no letters of correspondence. For additions and corrections to the agenda, Abby Faul would be doing Road America baby-sitting, and Shawn Burkhart would be doing Winter Camp.
Next on the agenda was old business:
Abby Faul said Halloween roller-skating had a great turnout. Faul said that they had fun at Road America baby-sitting. The Popcorn Party was cancelled according to Tiffany Fischer.
Ongoing business
was next on the agenda: The Wreath Sale pick-up would be Nov. 16 according to David Bimmel. Elizabeth Barthels said pizza pick-up would be Dec. 5. Sara Fisher talked about committee sign-up. The Salvation Army Bell-ringing sign-up was on the table according to Mark Fisher. Edith Tauschek planned a Christmas Parade meeting for after the meeting.
Speeches and demonstrations
were held as follows: Elizabeth and Jacob Barthels talked about their family vacation to Kentucky and Tennessee; Emily and Brian Burkhart talked about their trip to St. Louis.
New business
was next on the agenda: Abby Faul said that Christmas caroling would be Dec. 11 at 5:30 p.m. with a party to follow. Shawn Burkhart explained Winter Camp. Bev Resop talked about Sunny Ridge Christmas gifts.

The Dec. 8 meeting of the Madison All Stars was called to order by Abby Faul. The American pledge was led by Emilie Burkhart, and the 4-H pledge was led by Sarah Deheck. The roll call was “What is your favorite Christmas song?”
The secretary’s report was printed in the newsletter. David Bimmel gave the treasurer’s report and Ashley Oppeneer said there was no reporter’s report this month.
Katie Deheck gave the Sunshine Committee report. The Youth Association report was next given by Shawn Burkhart, followed by Randy Meyer giving the Leaders Association report. There were three correspondences and one addition or correction to the agenda.
Old business
was next on the agenda. David Bimmel gave the Wreath Sale report and said they made a large profit. The Pizza Sale report was given by Elizabeth Barthels, who said they made a large profit and half was to be given to the club and half was to be given to the Leaders Association. Jackson Bayer gave the Christmas Parades report and said thank you to everyone who helped out!
Next was ongoing business.
Mark Fisher gave the Salvation Army Bell-ringing report and said thank you to all who are helping out. Abby Faul gave the Christmas Caroling report and explained all that was to be going on that night. The Winter Camp report was given by Anna Burkhart, who said that it was going to be Jan. 8 and 9 starting at 6 p.m. Randy Meyer said thank you for the Sunny Ridge gifts and that he was going to be dropping them off after the meeting.

New business
was next. Music and Drama will be Feb. 20 and you all should sign up! Abby Faul gave the Angel Hugs report and said that all tabs need to be turned in by Feb. 15 at the Extension Office.
