Women in Management, Inc. scholarships aim to help area women

The Women in Management, Inc.-Sheboygan Chapter is seeking applications from Sheboygan County professional women working towards a bachelor, master, or doctorate degree with a future intent to work in management. The group feels that it is vital to offer further support to the professional women of Sheboygan County in these economically challenging times by offering two $500 scholarships. The scholarships will be awarded at the 2010 President's Social in June and the scholarship winners will also receive a paid one-year membership to Women in Management, Inc.

Applicants need not be Women in Management, Inc. members to be considered for the award. All applications will be reviewed by the Women in Management, Inc. Board.

Women in Management, Inc. is a networking group for area women who are managers, aspiring managers, or business owners. Sheboygan’s WIMI meetings will be held during the noon hour the third Wednesday of each month, September through June and will feature lunch, and a keynote speaker or networking activity.
