Jaime Ybanez Jr., 28, 1314 Pennsylvania Ave., Sheboygan. $321.94 and $659.34 restitution for issue of worthless checks, Nov. 14, 2008.

Shaun M. Schirmer, 27, 104 S. Swift St. 5, Glenbeulah. $966 and 120 days’ local jail for theft, resisting/obstructing an officer, bail jumping, and disorderly conduct, Sept. 16, 2009.

$484 and 120 days’ local jail for two counts of bail jumping, Aug. 29, 2009.

Christian M. Hoppe, 30, 1521 N. 16th St., Sheboygan. $280.80 and 11 days’ local jail for disorderly conduct – repeat offender, Oct. 7, 2009.

Damon T. Green, 34, 1630 Heller Ave., Sheboygan. $411 and 15 days’ local jail, with work release, for disorderly conduct – domestic abuse, repeater – Oct. 8, 2009.

Julie E. Laack, 36, 1603 S. 13th St., Sheboygan. $367, six months’ local jail, with work release, and two years’ probation for battery to law enforcement officers, fire fighters, or commission wardens – felony, retail theft, and resisting/obstructing an officer. On Oct. 8, 2009, Sheboygan Police officers were called to Tidy Car on 14th Street in reference to a theft after Laack stole a lighter and a pack of beef jerky, total value of $3, and left without paying. The theft was caught on video surveillance. When officers went to her home, Laack was uncooperative and attempted to swing at and bite officers and spit on one several times. Laack was intoxicated with a pbt of .112.

Mark A. Bruggink, 23, 454 E. Rhine St., Elkhart Lake. $1,635 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration – first offenses, Dec. 6, 2009.

Aimee N. Orr Sanchez, 20, 830 N. Water St. 109, Sheboygan. $1,635 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, Dec. 12, 2009.

Rory R. Silbernagel, 23, 1421 Grand Ave. A, Sheboygan. $817.50 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – Jan. 17, 2010.

Frederick J. Weber, 55, 1629 S. Eighth St., Sheboygan. $332, 10 days’ local jail, and 12-month probation for disorderly conduct – domestic abuse and disorderly conduct, Nov. 10, 2009.

Shawn L. Bentley, 28, 911 Hawthorne Drive, Howards Grove. $995.40, eight days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, March 15, 2009.

Travis C. Hayner, 27, 1015 Millersville Ave., Howards Grove. $722.45 for possession of controlled substance, Sept. 23, 2009.

Ryan M. Rondeau, 29, 600 James St. 108, De Pere. $122 and six months’ local jail, with work release, for theft, Nov. 2, 2009. Rondeau stole two rings, valued at over $1,000 from a family member’s house in Sheboygan, and pawned them at a local jewelry store for $75. Rondeau told officers he needed money for food, gas and “smokes.”

Jonathan G. Gehring, 29, 15424 Nichols Lane, Kemp, Texas. $3,883.71 and 60 days’ local jail for criminal damage to property – Nov. 12, 2009. Gehring caused damage to a pickup truck by slashing two rear tires, scraping paint from it, and denting it all along one side.

Marshall E. Miller, 45, 1409 Geele Ave., Sheboygan. $151, nine months’ local jail, three years’ probation, and six-month driver’s license revocation for possession, with intent to deliver/distribute a controlled substance, on or near a school – manufacture/deliver cocaine – felony, Aug. 11, 2008.

Jason A. Lee, 33, 1241 Bluff Ave., Sheboygan. $110 and two months’ local jail for resisting/obstructing an officer, Sept. 23, 2009.

Jerrold J. Hunter, 32, 1014 Erie Ave. D, Sheboygan. $220, $730 restitution, 60 days’ local jail, and 24-month probation for drive or operate vehicle without consent – felony, Nov. 1, 2009.
